Fabric is a powerful tool for financial advisors seeking to deliver the best possible investment advice and portfolio management services to their clients. With the ability to create and edit customized models within the application, Fabric enables advisors to perform detailed comparative analysis, assess factor risk exposure, and evaluate potential returns under different scenarios.

This document will provide step-by-step instructions on how to create models in Fabric.

Benefits of creating models in Fabric

Customizable: Advisors can easily tailor their models to meet the unique needs of individual clients, and compare them against other models to ensure the best possible investment choices.

Spans across public / private assets: Fabric's models span across public and private assets, providing a comprehensive view of risk and return that is difficult to achieve through other means.

Ability to create custom targets from models: Fabric allows advisors to create custom targets from models or groups of models, providing an additional layer of insight into investment performance. By measuring the distance from these targets, advisors can better evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions about investment strategy.

Overall, creating and analyzing models in Fabric can help you provide better investment advice and portfolio management services to their clients, leading to improved investment outcomes and client satisfaction.
