Select export format:
Select the required format: RedBlack, Schwab, or Fidelity. If you need a different format, please contact Fabric.
4. Export trades: Click on "Export" You will see a summary of all the trades being made, separated into "Trades" and "Excluded Trades"
- Trades: These are the trades that will be uploaded directly into your trading system because it supports trading those assets.
- Excluded Trades: These are trades that come out in a separate file for manual execution due to certain systems not supporting imports of certain types. This could include private investments, additional allocations to or withdrawals from SMAs, or cash, which some trading systems treat as a sweep vehicle.

<tradingsystem>.csv
excludedtrades.csv
verification.csv
The tradingsystem.csv file is for import to your trading system. The trading system will not allow upload if there are any violations of trade restrictions. If you would like to override any trade restrictions you must remove that column.
The excludedtrades.csv file is for manual execution of assets not supported by your trading system.
The verification.csv file is to verify that when you import the trades to your trading system, the value being traded based on the current price of each investment is the same as the intended value for trading. The verification.csv contains client name, portfolio name, account name and number, the tickers for the assets being traded, quantity, price, est. and actual value, the action and if there are any violations of trade restrictions.
